When we started as a new company 20 years ago, one of the first challenges was coming up with a name.  We discussed many ideas, none of which felt “right”.  A team member suggested Powered Networks, and we thought “that is getting warm”.  We don’t really “power” networks, we make them better…and that’s the thought process on how we converged on Empowered Networks.  From that moment on we knew we had a great name.

Fast-forward 20 years, and “Empowered” has become much more than a company name, it has become our brand and the essence of who we are.  Empowered is how we do business, how we interact with others, and how we strive to support our employees and communities.

Our goal on every engagement is to empower our customers. Whether it’s assessing and optimizing current tools and processes, implementing new industry-leading monitoring, management, and security tools, or helping drive automation and efficiencies with expert professional services and training – we continually strive to exceed the expectations of every customer.

Empowered Employees

We’ve grown a team of the best and brightest in the industry, and we strive to empower them every day through coaching, training, and development.  Our employee programs and benefits make sure they’re healthy, happy, and productive.  But it’s also in our DNA to pay it forward.  We have a mentorship program that helps develop our future experts and leaders within the company.

Empowered Communities

We’ve recently launched our Empowered Communities program, where we encourage our employee participation and match their monetary contributions to causes in their communities that Empower Others.  To Empower is to “make someone stronger and more confident, especially in controlling their life and claiming their rights”.
